These Terms and Conditions apply to the Modal Master website, software downloads, license activation, support communications, and any purchase or subscription for Modal Master products.
By accessing the website, requesting a quote, purchasing a license, downloading the software, or using Modal Master, you agree to these terms. Modal Master is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, each license grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software for internal engineering, research, education, or business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass license controls, or use Modal Master in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Prices, editions, features, and availability may change over time. Any quote, invoice, checkout page, or written order confirmation will state the commercial terms that apply to that purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Modal Master remains responsible for product functionality, licensing, activation, and technical support for the software.
Modal Master may be delivered as a downloadable installer, portable package, license file, activation key, or account-based entitlement. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information so delivery and activation can be completed.
License activation may require device, license, and entitlement information to verify authorized use and prevent abuse.
Support availability, update access, and maintenance periods depend on the purchased edition or written agreement. We may release updates that improve stability, security, compatibility, features, and documentation.
We may discontinue outdated versions or require updates when needed to protect the software, licensing system, or hosted services.
Refund requests for Paddle-processed purchases are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and our Refund Policy page. Use the receipt, subscription management link, billing page support link, or paddle.net to request a refund from Paddle.
Modal Master, its software, website, user interface, algorithms, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Camart Araştırma Geliştirme Yazılım Otomasyon San. Tic.Ltd. Şti. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Modal Master is an engineering analysis tool. Users remain responsible for validating input data, reviewing analysis results, applying professional judgment, and complying with applicable engineering standards, project requirements, and laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modal Master is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written agreement. Camart Araştırma Geliştirme Yazılım Otomasyon San. Tic.Ltd. Şti. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, software, or services.
