How Modal Master collects, uses, and protects your data.
Modal Master processes engineering inputs, project data, and results locally on your device. Project files remain in the locations you choose.
The desktop application does not upload telemetry, crash reports, or bug reports. It does not create or persist a stable device identifier for analytics.
Application service requests are limited to the current V2 licensing service for activation and license maintenance.
When you submit the contact form, our server receives your name, email address, optional company or institution, enquiry topic, and message, and sends them to our contact mailbox through our email service.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Enquiries and demo requests use an encrypted delivery queue so mail failures can be retried without losing the message. Delivered message content is erased from that queue; recipient and delivery metadata remain for delivery support and deduplication. Message content is not written to application logs. These requests do not subscribe you to marketing. Received correspondence is held in our email system. Hashed identifiers and request counts are used for abuse prevention under the rate-limit retention period below. If you contact us by email instead, your email provider also processes your message.
When you request the presentation demo, we use your email address to send the download link and opening instructions. No Modal Master account is created.
Online orders are processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, tax, invoicing, subscription management, refund, and related customer service information for Paddle-processed purchases according to Paddle's own terms and privacy notices.
Modal Master does not collect or store payment card details on this website.
This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. No analytics services are employed. Your browsing activity on modalmaster.com is not tracked or recorded.
