Modal Master collects limited data to improve software quality and support troubleshooting. All data is transmitted over HTTPS to https://modalmaster.com/api/v1/.

Types of Data

• Telemetry events — session starts, algorithm usage, and feature interactions. Retained for 90 days.
• Crash reports — stack traces and system information. Retained for 180 days.
• Bug reports — user-submitted reports with optional screenshots. Retained until the report is closed, plus 90 days.

Consent Levels

You control what data is collected through three consent levels, configurable at any time in Settings.

Data Collected by the Contact Form

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

No contact form data is shared with third parties.

Payment and Billing Data

Online orders are processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, tax, invoicing, subscription management, refund, and related customer service information for Paddle-processed purchases according to Paddle's own terms and privacy notices.

Modal Master does not collect or store payment card details on this website.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. No analytics services are employed. Your browsing activity on modalmaster.com is not tracked or recorded.
