Modal Master purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved externally by Paddle.
Modal Master online orders are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for these orders, including payment, tax, invoicing, and billing support.
We do not offer normal discretionary refunds. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Paddle may approve an adjustment or refund when required by law or through its external review process.
Unless required by applicable law, Modal Master transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not refund the current paid term.
If Paddle nevertheless approves a refund or adjustment, access to the affected Modal Master entitlement will cease and the event will be recorded for owner review.
If you believe a mandatory statutory right applies, contact info@modalmaster.com with the purchase details and the legal basis. Paddle remains responsible for any payment adjustment it approves as Merchant of Record.
You may cancel a subscription through Paddle's buyer portal, which is available from the Paddle subscription confirmation email. Cancellation prevents future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents access to the Modal Master features described before purchase, contact Modal Master support so we can diagnose and resolve the issue. Technical support does not create a normal refund entitlement.
Paddle may update its Refund Policy from time to time. The Paddle policy version in effect at the time of the transaction governs the transaction. See the current Paddle Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
