Refund Policy

Refunds for Modal Master online purchases follow Paddle's refund policy.

Overview

Modal Master online orders are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for these orders, including payment, tax, invoicing, customer service inquiries, and returns.

Refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, statutory rights, discretionary reviews, and defect-related refund requests for Paddle-processed purchases are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Global Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, Paddle treats transactions as non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or when a buyer exercises an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right.

Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Refund requests must be made within the applicable statutory or discretionary period described in Paddle's Refund Policy. If a refund is issued, access to the refunded Modal Master product will cease.

How to Request a Refund

To withdraw, cancel, or request a refund for a Paddle-processed purchase, use one of Paddle's refund request routes:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in the Paddle transaction confirmation email.
  • Use the support link in the Paddle receipt or the billing page for your account.
  • Visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option.

If eligible, Paddle processes refunds using the same payment method where possible and within the timeframe stated in Paddle's Refund Policy.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription through Paddle's buyer portal, which is available from the Paddle subscription confirmation email. Cancellation prevents future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Technical or Product Defects

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents access to the Modal Master features described before purchase, contact Modal Master support first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle support and provide the issue details and any response received from Modal Master.

Paddle Refund Policy

Paddle may update its Refund Policy from time to time. The Paddle policy version in effect at the time of the transaction governs the transaction. See the current Paddle Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
